At Pâtisserie ONE, every cake is made to order. As our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

Refund

However, if there is an issue with your order -- such as wrong item being made, there's a mistake, or concrens about quality, please don’t hesitate to get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your cake. We truly want you to enjoy our bakes, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Your order number 
• A description of the issue
• A few clear photos of the item(s)

Each case will be reviewed individually, and depending on the situation, we may offer a refund or a replacement.

Cancellation

As all our cakes are made to order, we begin preparing ingredients as soon as we receive your order. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
